I'm Mirjam, and my journey through loss led me to the power of body- and energy work. Through different modalities and a holistic approach, I discovered that some feelings can't be understood—they must be felt. Our bodies hold emotions and memories that the mind alone can't process, and true transformation happens when we allow ourselves to fully experience them. This work was a gift to me, and now I want to share it—creating a space where others can explore, release, and reconnect with themselves.
